Open doors for more Scholars in under-resourced communities

Too many lack access, but are so full of potential

FOR 20 YEARS, Pathways to College has been guiding African American and other high school students of color to success in college and in life. Our research-based after-school program helps "Scholars" develop the skills and habits of mind that research indicates are critical to academic and career success.

While just 30% of students enter Pathways identified as "high achieving," fully 100% of our graduates earn college acceptance, and 90% enter college. Pathways works!

IMAGINE YOUR IMPACT:

  • Your gift of $1,000 allows us to offer 4 Scholars an engaging College and Cultural Field Trip experience.
  • Your gift of $500 gives a teacher the resources to provide 1 year of enriching activities that build community among Scholars to ensure those crucial relationships that underpin deep, lasting learning.
  • Your gift of $250 allows us to offer ongoing professional learning to build teacher capacity for SEL leadership that not only impacts our Scholars, but also supports all the young people reached by that teacher. Pathways has infused social and emotional learning (SEL) into our curriculum from our very beginnings.
  • Your gift of $100 gives Scholars the opportunity to earn annual awards that motivate their participation and hard work throughout the school year.
  • Your gift of $50 welcomes a new Scholar to our family of teachers and Scholars, who are dedicated to individual growth and development for life-long success.
